This programme offers sustained private strategic support with Annelise Stern for artists ready to work on their development over time. Regular conversations allow us to move from diagnosis to action, review what happens in the real world and make informed adjustments as the work progresses. NANA connects artistic positioning with cultural relevance, professional relationships and market development. Our starting point is the distinctiveness of your practice: what it contributes, where it can resonate and how to create the conditions for it to develop. WHO IT IS FOR Independent artists navigating a transition, developing a substantial project or seeking a more coherent approach to their professional growth. This format suits those who want regular strategic dialogue while taking responsibility for the actions between sessions. WHAT WE CAN DEVELOP TOGETHER Your priorities may include artistic positioning, portfolio and statement development, gallery outreach, pricing, collector relationships, communication, sponsorship or a broader career plan. We connect the relevant areas around your objectives rather than treating each as a separate checklist. A WORKING RHYTHM The programme is built around weekly 60-minute remote sessions. We establish a direction, identify immediate priorities and use subsequent meetings to review progress, work through obstacles and refine your next steps. The focus can evolve as opportunities and practical questions arise. PREPARATION AND WRITTEN FOLLOW-UP Before each session, a short questionnaire brings Annelise up to date on your situation and questions. After each meeting, you receive a written recap of decisions, actions and useful resources, helping you maintain continuity between conversations. INVESTMENT €1,080 for the three-month programme, paid in three monthly instalments of €360. Individual meetings are booked through the service calendar.
