Terms of Sale

Overview

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of services provided by NANA (Annelise Stern), a sole trader registered in France under number 852957778.​​​​​​​

Services Covered

The services available for purchase on this website include:

  • Express coaching for artists;

  • Artist workshops (online or in person);

  • Individual or group support;

  • Art + Tech talks (by quotation);

  • Creative campaigns and collaborations (by quotation).

Orders and Payment

Orders are placed online through the website or by signing a quotation.
Payment is due in full when the order is placed, unless otherwise stated.
Payments are secure and processed through approved providers (Stripe, PayPal).

Prices

Prices are stated in euros (€) and are exempt from VAT (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code — VAT exemption scheme).
Prices may change at any time, but services are billed at the rate applicable when the order is placed.

Withdrawal Period

Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed or begun before the end of the 14-day period with the client’s prior consent.


For any other service, a 14-day withdrawal period applies from the date of purchase.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

All cancellations must be communicated in writing.

Up to 14 days before the scheduled date : 50% refund.

Less than 14 days before : no refund, except in cases of force majeure.


Annelise Stern reserves the right to reschedule a session or coaching appointment in the event of a major unforeseen circumstance (illness, emergency or force majeure).

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information and comply with the participation requirements (schedules, equipment and respectful behaviour).


Any serious breach may result in exclusion without a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content provided (texts, methods, materials and visuals) is the exclusive intellectual property of Annelise Stern.


Any reproduction, distribution or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Liability

Annelise Stern undertakes to provide her services professionally and with care.
She cannot be held liable for participants’ personal or professional outcomes, or for indirect damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.


Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts for the area in which the sole trader is domiciled.
